Congratulations to Chuck Haines, District Maintenance and the Recipient of the March Stronger Together Award

The School District of Arcadia is thrilled to announce Chuck Haines as our March Stronger Together Recipient.  Chuck has always played a vital role within the district working at all of our locations. Chuck is always willing to lend a helping hand, no matter the task. Whether it’s fixing a problem, cleaning up after us, or simply being there when someone needs support, he does it all with kindness and a smile. He is a constant presence throughout the school day, always checking in to see if anyone needs anything and never hesitating to step in when help is needed. His dedication to the building and the people in it is truly remarkable, and he never wants to inconvenience anyone—always going above and beyond to make sure things run smoothly.

Beyond his hard work, Chuck has a special way of connecting with the children. He frequently stops by the childcare center just to say hello, bringing joy to all the little ones who now lovingly call him "Grandpa Chuck." Their faces light up when he pops in or even just waves through the window. He radiates positivity, cheering on the children and making them feel special with every interaction. He is more than a friendly face—he is a role model, showing them what it means to be kind, caring, and hardworking.

Chuck’s impact extends far beyond maintenance and repairs. He takes care of our building, but he also takes care of our people. His genuine care for the staff and students creates an atmosphere of warmth and support. He stops into Little Raiders Childcare Center not just to check on what needs to be done, but to build relationships with both the children and staff. His kindness is felt by all, and his willingness to go out of his way to help others makes our school a better place.

We are so grateful for Chuck and everything he does. He is always there when you need a helping hand, a listening ear, or just a little extra encouragement. His presence makes a difference every single day, and we are beyond lucky to have "Grandpa Chuck" as part of our school family!
