The Arcadia 4K Program believes in a hands-on, play-based approach to learning. It offers a variety of learning centers as well as indoor and outdoor play time. Social skills are taught and practiced using the Second Step Social-Emotional Curriculum, which includes lessons focusing on working with peers, communicating and recognizing emotions, and working through conflict. Students learn letter recognition, letter sounds, beginning sounds, and syllables skills to establish a strong foundation for early literacy through our Journaling and Handwriting Without Tears Programs. Our Bridges Math Program teaches patterning, counting, subitizing, and a variety of other foundational math concepts.

 

Online registration for Arcadia Elementary's Four-Year-Old Kindergarten Program will open March 15th and conclude April 9th, 2021. Visit www.arcadia.k12.wi.us/enroll to register. You will find instructions for new families as well as instructions for current families who will be adding a child to their household. After successfully completing the online registration, you will receive a welcome email explaining the documentation needed to complete your enrollment.
